Mindfulness is a way of paying attention, on purpose and non-judgmentally to what is going on in the present moment in your body, mind and the world around you. Often our minds are agitated and jumping around like an untrained puppy. By learning to be present and awake, we stop cycles of rumination or anxiety, reduce stress and benefit in all sorts of ways.
