Sports Massage Therapy

Whether you're looking for regular treatments to maintain tip top physical health to perform at your best, or  you need help recovering from a sports injury, sports massage therapy is for you.


Sports injury massage includes a range of techniques including effleurage, petrissage, trigger point release, friction, myofascial release, soft tissue release, passive and active stretching.


Sports massage:

  • Reduces swelling and spasms
  • Reduces tension in muscles and fascia (connective tissue)
  • Facilitates greater flexibility
  • Improves range of movement
  • Increases the circulation of cardiovascular and lymphatic systems
  • Enhances health and well being
  • Activates relaxation response


Two appointment lengths are available, 30 min or 45 min.

The 45 min appointment can be used to allow time to treat

multiple areas, or to add on cupping therapy.
